RL Associates, Inc. was established in 1996 to conduct research/development, design, and prototyping in areas of electro-optics and laser spectroscopy. Our strengths reside in experimental expertise coupled with a well-equipped laboratory. We contribute technological advances in two highly specialized areas of electro-optics: laser radar systems and optical design.

Our Research and Development efforts have been sponsored by the Small Business Innovative Research (SBIR) programs at the Naval Air Systems Team, the Office of Naval Research, NASA, and Department of Homeland Security.
